The short version
We collect the information you give us when you sign up, book, or shop with us. We use it to take care of you, your bookings, and your orders. We never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
From our website forms. Our forms run on our studio platform, Lead Flow. When you fill one out, we collect the name, email, phone number, and answers you type in. This includes our Join Our Circle email list signup.
From bookings. Class and session bookings and memberships run through Glofox. When you book, you create a Glofox account and sign a waiver, and your booking details are held there.
From the online store. When you buy from our store, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details. Products are sold through Squarespace, payments are processed by Squarespace Payments and Stripe, and Afterpay is available as a payment option.
Cookies and basic analytics. Our website runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects basic, anonymous information about how visitors use the site, such as pages visited and time on site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your messages, questions, and requests
- To manage your bookings, appointments, and orders
- To deliver products and services you purchased
- To send studio updates, schedules, and offerings you opted into
- To keep our records accurate and our studio running smoothly
We never sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Service providers process your data only so their services can run: Squarespace hosts the website, Lead Flow handles our forms and contacts, Glofox handles bookings and waivers, Stripe and our other payment providers process payments, and UPS and FedEx handle delivery of shipped orders.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information while you are a client or while you stay on our email list. If you are no longer a client and no longer on the list, you can ask us to remove your information and we will do so.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time:
- What personal information we hold about you
- To correct information that is wrong
- To delete your personal information

Children's privacy
Our services are for adults, and this website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
