1. Wellness, not medical treatment

One Within All offers wellness experiences: yoga, mat Pilates, salt cave sessions, infrared sauna, red light wellness, PEMF, ionic foot soaks, sound baths, Reiki, quantum hypnosis, workshops, and events.

Our services are for wellness and relaxation only. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Our movement classes are regular temperature.

If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any concern about whether a service is right for you, please consult your physician before booking. This is your decision point, and we want you to make it with your doctor's guidance.

2. Bookings

Classes, sessions, and memberships are booked through Glofox. You will create an account and sign a waiver before booking. During our soft opening period, the studio is appointment only.

3. Classes, sessions, gift cards, and store products

Classes and sessions. Class and session purchases are made through Glofox and are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Gift cards. One Within All gift cards are available in amounts from $30 to $500.

The Full-Body Red + Near-Infrared Light Therapy Mat. Our founding offer is $849 for the first 15 mats, then $875, with $1,099 shown as the compare at price. Shipping is calculated at checkout by UPS or FedEx. Local delivery within 24 hours is available for $25 in nearby ZIP codes. Free store pickup is also available. The mat carries a 1 year limited parts warranty.

Mat sales are final. We do not accept returns on the Full-Body Red + Near-Infrared Light Therapy Mat. Every mat is covered by the 1 year limited parts warranty above: if your mat arrives with shipping damage, or a covered defect appears in the first year, contact us and we will make it right under the warranty.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the studio in advance at Zulaika@onewithinall.com or 475-256-1134. The studio will confirm your new time.

5. Conduct and safety at the studio

Please follow the guidance of your instructor during every session. Arrive as you are, and let us know about anything your instructor should be aware of so we can keep your experience safe and comfortable.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, belongs to One Within All LLC unless otherwise stated. Please do not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to make every experience safe and welcoming. To the extent allowed by law, One Within All LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
